[01/03/2009] Happy New Year everyone! In a few more weeks we will be celebrating Vietnamese/Chinese New years: Tet!
I've been getting lots of inquiries in regards to work on new songs. I've not started working on anything during the break. Much of the free time has been spent planning my new car project: The 2009 Nissan 370Z. Yup, I'm finally upgrading my 2003 350Z (purchased back in 10/2002).
As for my HTPC, it's still the same for the most part. There's a 32GB OCZ SSD for XP and Vista. It is fairly quick as long as there's not too many read/write operations. The drive will be replaced with an Intel SSD, and this 32GB drive will store all of my music, emulator games, etc. (basically stuff that doesn't change so much). My 250GB WD drive decided to get flakey, so there goes my media... thankfully I was able to keep it alive long enough to shift important stuff over to my 150GB Raptor. I've had my eye on a new GTX 285 to replace my 8800 GTS 512MB, but it might have to wait. :-D
I'm still going to try to organize and give this site a nice layout soon. In the meantime, visit my Youtube channel for any video updates. The next video will be an emulation of some classic video game music. I may sample some Street Fighter sounds using the XS8.

[12/03/2008] Wowzers! My site has been lacking updates again. I've not found a convenient time nor purpose for these updates. Perhaps I should try to update my site on a monthly basis. O_o
What's new? Hmm... I've been another year older since the last update. I do not have possession of the Roland SH-201. My cousin, who currently has my Motif ES6, is now a proud new owner of the SH-210 (dearly missed). In terms of projects, I'm trying to focus primarily on music (Virus TI and Motif XS8), my computer (HTPC build), and my car (currently 350Z, but it may be upgraded to a 370Z). The site is currently focused around my music and ringtones, but I may go back and expand on it further to include personal projects. Once I figure out how to better categorize content, it'll be easier to update my site without going off on a tangent. In summary, this site will focus on the Virus TI (sound creation documentation and media), XS8 (MIDI data and media), ringtones, HTPC and home theater project, and my Z.
The ringtone site will be better organized, and it will feature unique ringtones created by yours truely. The layout will be simplistic to speed up page loading time.
Stay tuned, and hang in there! The holidays are approaching fast, so I'll be quite busy. In the meantime, I will spend this month figuring out a layout for this site.
